THE BLURB

Sullivan’s restaurant is a rousing success, and he’s celebrating with a huge New Year’s bash. While business is booming, his personal life certainly is not, until he meets theatre star Quinn Lawrence. Who knew he’d meet a man with a vice for smooth, dark chocolate and rich, silky cream so eager to sample both? *Wet Dream*

THE REVIEW

Sullivan Dunkel had owned Dark Chocolate restaurant for a year and it's New Year's eve, the restaurant's anniversary. His staff are all excited and it's not only because it's a special evening - there's a celebrity in the house and his name is Quinn Lawrence. When Sullivan looks at the hot blond their eyes meet and he understands his staff's excitement because Quinn is beyond a hunk. But Sullivan has a job to do so he tries not to stare at Quinn who has no such reservations, and before very long he's in Sullivan's office and they are making each other crazy and their body parts very happy. When Quinn leaves the restaurant several hours later it is on the understanding that Sullivan will soon be joining him at his hotel. He shows up for breakfast and Quinn's moves blow more than Sully's mind, again and again.

This book has so much heat it could melt any computer. Quinn and Sullivan were together for less than 24 hours but the steam was just coming off the pages. They wanted each other every which way but Sunday and made sure they satisfied their most depraved urges, as they climbed heights they had never experienced before. They did something with a dark chocolate dessert called chocolate orgasm that I think is the most sensuous, depraved, incredibly erotic .... you get the message.

Did I like this book? Oh yes, very definitely. The writing team of Urban and Aile can write a sex scene that turns me into mush, but they also create extraordinary characters with whom their readers fall in love and I fell in love with Quinn and Sully - two terrific protagonists. These authors always bring something different to their stories. Their sex scenes are sensuous as well as sexy, I love the characters, and the plots hold my interest until the end of the story which is why I loved Dark Chocolate. Buy this book - you won't be able to put it down!

Is chocolate used in exotic kinky ways? I'm always up for that. :-) But I'm not sure any use of chocolate could be termed depraved unless you are tossing it in the trash. As long as its getting in your mouth somehow its all good.

You have to read it and see. Yes, I can confirm that chocolate is being used in totally "depraved" ways.
This is another very short, inexpensive book that I think you might want to get. This time it's only two guys but they sure give you a ... ride for your money *g*

Chocolate Orgasm is a real dessert, you know... ;)

Thank you for the thumbs up!

Oh, you are evil. Now I have all sorts of dirty thoughts running through my mind thinking of some seriously "depraved" uses for chocolate. Damn you. ;-)

Have you tried it Madeleine, of any kind? Dessert or otherwise? ;-) Do tell.

Hi Madeleine
You are totally evil. Having read that book I'm still blushing and it's very hard for me to blush, being black *g* The next time I'm in a restaurant and order chocolate orgasm I hope that Sully and Quinn also come with it *evil grin.*

Jen
Now I'll know whether you are as straight laced as you pretend. Do email me after you read this book, or you can post on the blog :)

There should be more chocolate stories :-D Is Sullivan's restaurant all about chocolate? we have one like that in Montreal, called Juliette & Chocolat. It has rare liquid dark chocolates for tasting, chocolate shooters, chocolate brownies, chocolate fondue, truffles, salad with chocolate dressing, 3-chocolates crepes...*feels like Bubba in Forrest Gump* In case you can't guess, it's one of my favorite places *g*

Back to the story, it sounds really nice despite the short format. If you think it can make me believe the character's connection is more than sexual, I'm sold. For later *sigh*

*wanders off to look for Chocolate Orgasm recipe*

It's a regular restaurant and the chocolate is only served up for dessert. The book is like the dessert. You put it in your mouth and on different body parts and get the most incredible orgasm. Short but sweet. How's that? According to DSP it's 40 pages but I don't know how they count b/c there's no word count which to me is more accurate.

Dark Chocolate is one of those books that you read when you come home from work on Friday evening, tired and just want to relax with a good book for a couple of hours with a nice glass of wine and a fire going in the background. :)

Sullivan's restaurant is fine dining. The Chocolate Orgasm fondue is the dessert special. :) It also plays into Sully being a gorgeous black man. *yum*
